Itaipulândia set to host the largest thermal water complex in Brazil

Works on Royal Thermale Suítes are already underway. Some 2,499 high standard flat and apartment units to be commercialized through real estate timeshare system.

The municipality of Itaipulândia, 75 km from Foz do Iguaçu, will be home to the largest thermal water enterprise in Brazil. Located alongside the Itaipuland Thermal Water Park, works are underway on Royal Thermale Suítes, an international standard hospitality and entertainment complex.

With investments of over BRL 850 million, the complex will be set on a total area of 140,000 m2. It will feature 2,499 flat and apartment units, with high quality furnishings, and based on holiday timeshare system, based on the successful European and North American model, which is now gaining momentum in Brazil.  Instead of having to purchase property at a holiday location, the model permits those interested to acquire the rights to use the property for a specific period in the year. And, as such, avoid maintenance costs, property taxes and water and electricity accounts, among other such expenses.

Castles

The thematic proposal behind Royal Thermale Suítes was inspired by the famed German castles from fairytales, like the stories of Cinderella, Snow White, and also the Viking tradition, noted in the leisure areas and childminder characters. The hospitality complex offers over 25 entertainment, leisure and medicinal treatments options using the waters.

They include: an artificial beach, heated pool, saunas, SPA, body massage area, yoga, sport support, thermal aesthetics studio, artificial lake with catch and release fishing, observatory, an infinity pool, walking track, bungalows, Observatory restaurant, games room, cinema, toy room, events room with restaurant, themed bar, kiosks with barbecue facilities, electric car station, squares and a marina with boat storage.

Besides all these attractions, guests will also enjoy access to Itaipuland Hot Park, the largest thermal water park in Latin America.

The park, featuring a range of water slides, boast the waters of Guarani Aquifer as its biggest attraction, rising up from the ground at an impressive 42 degrees Celsius. These waters have therapeutic properties and are mainly recommended for the treatment of rheumatology and skin problems,  while also famed for there antioxidant potential.

Sales

For access to Royal Thermale Suítes, interested parties must acquire an apartment or flat quota, to use during a pre-established period of the year. The buyer becomes a part owner of a piece of timeshare real estate registered in a land registry office, with the right to use, rent, sell or loan the quota. Further, the buyer also gains Itaipuland Hot Park membership, free of maintenance rates.

The quota system is already used in the hotel that operates close to the thermal water park. With 54 apartments, the hotel was completed in the middle of the year. Besides timeshare sales, the hotel also welcomes normal guests, catering to demands from water park visitors.
